CoParentTranslator

Text your co-parent without the fight. CoParentTranslator is a text-messaging service by Escalante Cloud for two co-parents who need to coordinate — handoffs, schedules, school, expenses — and find direct conversation difficult. You each text one shared CoParentTranslator number. Software rewrites every message to keep the facts, requests and questions and remove hostile language, then delivers the rewritten message to the other parent. Neither of you sees the other's original wording, and neither of you needs the other's phone number.

You write: "I can't believe you never made it last time. Be at the park and ride Tuesday to swap the kids."
They receive: "Let's meet on Tuesday at the park and ride to swap the kids."

How to join (SMS opt-in)

You join by sending a text yourself. We never text anyone who has not texted us first.

By texting JOIN you agree to receive conversational text messages from CoParentTranslator by Escalante Cloud at the number you texted from. Message frequency varies with your conversation.   1. One parent (or a mediator or attorney) creates a conversation and receives a conversation code. They share the code with the other parent themselves — by email, through counsel, or in person. CoParentTranslator does not collect or message the other parent's number.
  2. Each parent texts JOIN and the code to (802) 559-5938 from their own phone. That text is their opt-in.
  3. Each parent immediately receives this confirmation:
    CoParentTranslator by Escalante Cloud: you're in. Texts you send here are rewritten to keep only facts and requests before your co-parent sees them. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  4. Messages are relayed only once both parents have joined.

What you will receive

Only conversational messages: your co-parent's rewritten messages, a confirmation showing how each of your own messages was delivered, and service notices (for example, that the other parent has not joined yet). No marketing or promotional messages, ever. Message frequency depends on how often the two of you write. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; you will receive one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or email support@coparenttranslator.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers, opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties.
